WE ARE a living fellowship of believers called together to further God’s Kingdom. As Christ’s body, we are a testimony to and expression of His love in the world.

WE RESPOND to that call by meeting God in worship, by preparing ourselves for kingdom service, and by ministering to one another and our neighbors in word and deed.

WE BEGAN in 1942 as a result of Oak Harbor Christian Reformed Church sponsoring us as the “first” CRC to be established in Mount Vernon.

WE BELIEVE that the Bible is the revelation of God’s purpose given through chosen men who were guided by His Spirit. Like a pair of glasses, the Bible helps us to more clearly see God and His purpose for our lives.

Putting what we believe into action is a part of who we are. Attending Worship services, encouraging and nurturing each other, and reaching out in our community are all expressions of putting our beliefs into action.
